NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the bylaws of the Association, that the Board of Directors of The Landing Condominium Association, Inc. will hold a meeting to consider and adopt the proposed 2027 annual budget and regular assessments.

DATE & TIME:

         Monday, November 16 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

LOCATION:

             In person at The Landing Condominium Association Clubhouse (953 Salt Pond Place)

            OR Zoom (Meeting ID 83792165216 and Passcode 32714)

A separate Board of Directors Meeting to consider the proposed special assessment is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. that evening.

• Scenario A: Includes the provisional $303,000 traditional reserve allowance.
• Scenario B: Excludes that allowance. Both retain the proposed SIRS funding.
